2. Description of Service

ComicChar Designer is an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate comic character images. Users purchase credits or subscriptions to access the image generation service.

  • Generated images are provided for your personal or commercial use
  • Service availability is subject to AI model and server availability
  • Image generation quality may vary based on input parameters
  • Credits are consumed upon successful image generation

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment and Billing

We offer both one-time credit purchases and subscription plans:

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Refund Policy ⚠️

Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase:

Credits and One-Time Purchases

  • No refunds for used credits: Due to the computational cost of AI image generation, credits that have been used to generate images are non-refundable
  • Unused credits: If you have not used any credits within 48 hours of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting support
  • Technical issues: If our service fails to generate images due to technical errors on our end, the credits will be refunded to your account

Subscription Plans

  • 7-day money-back guarantee: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • After 7 days: Subscription fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges
  • No pro-rated refunds: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at pengtrym@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the service limitations
  • Resell or redistribute generated images as a competing service
  • Use automated tools to generate excessive requests

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you generate through the Service. However:

  • We grant you a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute your generated images
  • You grant us the right to display your generated images for promotional purposes (unless you opt out)
  • The ComicChar Designer name, logo, and platform remain our intellectual property

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical difficulties that temporarily affect service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComicChar Designer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, any unused credits will be forfeited.
